Atycia, with no known last name yet, is one of the more colorful residents of Highwind Point. Initially she simply arrived one day knowing very little about anything except for her name, and a rather high distaste for lifestream of any kind. Although she was without much in terms of memories, past or even connections to the rest of the colony, she did have a large natural talent for synthesis and technology of all types, and helped pioneer the colony's first in-town made heavy metal armor, as well as work into various low level automaton structures.
Because of her natural affinity for making things, and a rather curious and open mind, she was brought into the Skye household as a retainer, for both crafting and mining abilities. With the Skye family backing her, she went and helped open up two nearby local mines, as well as scouting out deposits for other families just because 'it was fun!' One of these was another local first: The first hard metal mine that produced Pig Iron.
Shortly after the Merchant's Guild came to Highwind Point, she joined their ranks as a craftsperson. She was nominated at one point to become the new Local Representative of the Guild, on offer she declined at the time because she did not feel she could manage such a position with her limited knowledge. She has been at odds with the new Representative Gabrielle Whitehand since she first took office, although its not clear what has her so upset at the Whitehand head of household.
Atycia's stint in actual politics was a short and fairly tragic one, in which she has mostly served as a warning for the more average people in the colony to not try what she did. When the votes finally came in (at her outspoken dissagreement) to finally elect a governor, she decided to run for office. The campaign was a simple one, to guide and support the council while focusing efforts on getting the colony put together and a nice place to live. It failed miserably. A rather well-worded smear campaign took the red-panda bat out of the debate as she was neither noble nor particularly adept at handling ad homonim attacks. She left the political scene with a promise to the people that even without Governership, she would complete the promises her campaign made. The first public Hostel for people to stay in outside of tents was completed by Sunstreak and Atycia before it was promised. It never saw use as a Hostel, and stood vacant for 6 months.
Its unknown how many serious relationships she's been in at this time, as she was originally spending a great quantity of time with Valenoa Skye and Rikin Skye. She later discovered the 'taur Sunstreak and grew rather fascinated with her, starting off a serious of attachments to 'taurs including the ill fated and later executed Zhelth. During this time she had her first son, the father of whom was never disclosed. The young red panda 'taur was adopted by House Skye and moved out of the cold to their main house to be brought up. There was also a time when she was hard to pull away from the Esper Bellatrix and Howard. Until her dissapearance however, it was rumored that she had finally gotten officially engaged with Sunstreak, and the two were hard to find apart, plotting together to finish up projects throughout the colony. The spirit Kit was also a favorite with her, and three would often cuddle in the open. When she was last scene she was pregnant and would normally blush and hug Sunstreak when asked about the father.
Various Espers that have met Atycia have all mentioned that she seems to be quite an esper, although she usually denies it because 'she has no nifty powers'. At least until a sudden bizarre day when she simply was no longer at the colony. Without being able to even tell Sunstreak what happened, she fell off the edge of the universe for 6 long months. When she finally returned, it was to a changed town that had an a new appointed governor, and her dearest Sunstreak was engaged to a new family.
Since returning, she has worked tirelessly on a number of rather odd and often called misguided projects. At the news of a Conflict of Arcana Tournament coming to Highwind Point, she quickly retrofitted the unused Hostel as a Hotel and Casino named Setzer's Palace and placed it under the management of Sharpe. The frivolous use of space was decried by many of the nobles, with the posh interior and gold and silver gilded ornaments, as well as an actual painted exterior with appearently, no expense spared. It has since fallen into the place for miners and workers in their off time if they want to try their luck, and is always home to at least one or two conflict of Arcana games as it waits patiently for another bout of tourists.
Atycia has also attached herself to the engagement of Tharsten (now deceased), Leapri, Sunstreak and Murrimi as a fifth member, although she is often as happy about it as sad. Appearently, she had her second child while where ever it was she vanished to.
Married recently in Valente to Siyu and Nora and is now a member of House Gabbiani and Blackburn.

Personality: Bubbly to the extreme, Atycia acts like she's still quite young, even if she can take apart most anything without concentrating. She's very physical and craves personal contact; hugs, kisses, and more are casual friendly acts to her. Her casual treatment of sensuality has often worked against her, something she doesn't understand at all. When working on complex things, she tends to forget the rest of the world exists.
