Don't spend so many points that you end up with a slow Growth. (Insert Growth reference here.)
The Golden Rule
Sometimes there isn't a good explanation for a game mechanic, or a Judge isn't around. In these cases, make up a rule!
Tiers (Classes)
Other RPGs have classes and jobs. In Blood and Iron, classes and jobs are called tiers.

Combat
Combat is just glorified skill checks. Well - and other things. Like life, combat involves blood, sweat, and tears. A skill check for combat is sometimes called a combat roll. It's really just a skill check.

Combat Modifiers
Any skill that says "apply to all skills involving" means just that: apply that modifier to all related skill checks. For example, if your character has "apply +1 to any check involving injury to someone," then apply that +1 to your combat rolls! Unless, of course, you are kicking open a door. (In which case, another modifier might apply.)

Critical Hit Types
One example is "Electricity Critical Type A." So critical hits consist of the type of damage (electricity) and the type of critical (A).

By TP
TP, or Tiny Plot, are organized adventures that are run by other players. These logs can be submitted for experience points. The only difference between a TP and a Judged TP is that the former is arbitrated by a player and the latter is arbitrated by a Judge.
