A minor spirit of greed and avarice, Dio is the spirit of money. His price for a pact is steep, however, and sometimes people just don't want to pay it.

The price for a pact with this bitter old queen of a spirit is 500 gil, all at once. For the summoner's troubles, however, they get a +2 to rolls involving trade, such as haggling. He can also be called upon to send misfortune to others being a spirit of greed he appreciates it in others and for a price will send misfortune and disaster upon another if it enflames the pacters greed.

He lives in the Casino of Lady Luck, where he can gamble and bask in the collected greed and excess of those who frequent her domain.

Prerequisites: Black-Summon 3, 500 Gil. (For some reason, gold medallions and chains make pacting a fraction easier?)
