A rather Old dragon, and pretty set in his ways. Justice is his domain, under Alexander mostly. He advocates 'Just Vengeance' though. Morkaleb only harms those who are guilty of what you accuse them of, and if those are trying to escape justice at the time, he deals half more of what's originally done. Morkaleb is intrinsically distrustful of mortals, though, and will only accept pacts if you already possess a Draconic spirit pacted.

He lives in the Hall of Justice, a great cavern in the depths of the Dragon Mount, a wise counsellor who often offers advice to Spirits and Mortals alike. Even if you are not capable of pacting him yourself it is seen as a wise decision should you seek him out for advice in matters that are concerning you.

Prerequisites: A Pacted dragon-spirit, Archetype-Summon 15, Dragon-Summon 10.
