Pt'olae

A spirit known well by those of barbaric raising. A guardian of natural water sources, he grants the properties of untamed water to those who earn his favor. Those who pact with this fluid and enigmatic spirit are bound by two gaesas. You cannot drink from a well or other 'restrained' source of fluid, and you must have a bell on your person at all times. Potions are acceptable if they were created with 'free' water and with the proper rites asking forgiveness.
Pt'olae can also be found more often then not travelling the rivers and streams of Gaia. Though their presence is always within the Deep Blue, someone wishing to find him without fail should seek for him in the deep ocean currents of the deep oceans of Leviathan.

Pt'olae does not have a physical form, at least not in the sense of what other people imagine, if he chooses to speak to a summoner it is usually in the form of a voice emanating from a nearby pool of water and at the very most, a shape of living, moving, fluidic water suspended above a large body of water.

A spirit channeler who pacts with Pt'olae will find themselves covered in water, wet to the touch and slightly damp.
