Rikin Skye is the eldest brother of Valenoa and a respected member of the house. He's made countless trade routes with Wutai and other capitols, all of which have given him plenty of statis in his house. Unlike his sister he's traveled far and has met many people. He's smart businesswise and is known to be quite a gentlemen to the ladies.
He's ventured to the northern continent with his sister, who was sent more on a suicide mission, to help her succeed where she's failed. Always a devout brother, he's often seen with her and protecting her from, well, herself. He's hoping to use the continent's ability to reach any port in the world faster then any other as an advantage to getting more people to come to the town and make it prosper and grow.
He's into his second marriage and raising his daughter Star with his wife Tonya. He runs Shop Skye and the main supplier of citizens.
