I second that. Please release this page for editting. Neither Bellatrix, who stepped down from the Spirit Vizier position and is now Esper Princess, nor my character, Hana and Kibou, who stepped down from the same position ( the page having not been changed to reflect their promotion from assitants on Bellatrix' abdication, either ) on becoming Wardens of the Northern Court, work for the Council anymore.

This page is rappidly becoming irrelevant, the Council no longer even operates in the manner it describes, if indeed it operates at all, and the player who's supposed to be responsible for it has obviously been of the opinion they shouldn't bother for some time now. - Chibi-Kibou
