Drominham has always been a place of turmoil, dating back to it's origin as the city of Midgar, the place where the entire conflict that led to Holy started. However, now, an era of peace has begun to settle in, ushered in by the current King, Lord Judicael Alester Brightmoon. Unknown to most the citizens of Drominham, their King thinks not in weeks or months, or even years. He thinks in terms of centuries when he allows himself to plan things out. A rocky start is followed by a surprise attack by the Wutaiins, whom are all repelled easily by Judicael and his forces. It is at this time that Judicael completes a personal mission of his: collecting the armor of the Black King, Cyrus Gregminister. After the pieces are collected, he finds a way to combine them with black elemental energies, making himself a True Black Dragon in the process. Now immortal and one of the more respected rulers in Drominham history, he begins a reign that lasts many, many centuries. His family establishes themselves as one of the most respected families in the Empire somewhere along the way, thanks to his guidance. At last, Drominham has peace, and Judicael, the Dragon Barbarian King, has what he desires most - power and respect.
