The Greater Spirit of Punishment and Penance, the Tonberry King is perhaps one of the most feared Spirits of all, for he offers no respite to any, be you mortal, Esper, or Greater Spirit. He wanders the planes of existence, ensuring that all kharmic debt is fulfilled in one form or another. He will not obey any summon unless the person themselves have devoted themselves to the same ideal of kharma, and harm only when to punish or protect. When summoned, the Tonberry King will approach the enemy, and drive his knife into their heart. Depending on the number of people or things this person has killed or harmed, depends on the damage done by the knife. Those that live a life of peace and saintly behavior will be completely unharmed by the attack, for they dont apply to Everyone's Grudge.
