Torture

The basic knowledge of how to inflict pain and anguish on a helpless individual, in order to break their will. A player may make a roll once an hour ICly as they torture (+check Subterfuge/Torture+Medicine/Torture+Torture). The check is resisted with a (+check stamina+willpower+Empathy/Lies). If the torturer wins the check, reduce the target's willpower by the difference of the successes. If the torturer brings the target to 1 Willpower or less this way, they are 'broken', and will be unable to keep any secrets whatsoever from the torturer. The penalties to willpower are cumulative and will remain until the target is released from custody. A target may only be tortured Stamina/5 hours per day, they will simply pass out past that point.
